Incredible support and customer service. I had a problem the night before a product launch and thought I was doomed. They responded in minutes even late at night and got it fixed in minutes! Amazing!

Great customer support - and while I believe there is room for improvement with some features, I feel it accomplishes the most important aspects of preorder campaigns very effectively with good UI.
