Exactly what we were looking for: a simple yet effective way to create a pre-sale campaign for our products.

Setup was quick and straightforward, and the app integrates well into our site. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful. That said, there are some major drawbacks you should be aware of: Email delivery is unreliable, which makes communication with customers difficult. Pre-order status does not show up on the customer’s purchase/order confirmation. While it’s visible on the product page and button, the lack of labeling on the actual order leaves customers confused after checkout. If you delete the app, it will wipe pre-order markings from existing orders. I was fortunate enough to ask before uninstalling, otherwise this could have caused serious issues. If these concerns matter to your workflow, I’d recommend avoiding this app for now.

Essential Preorder & Presale is quite easy set up with nice UI and I am happy that we can customize the look of the components according to our design. Team is super nice and communicative on the set up process :) Thank you! Would be nice to see some more features such as out of stock notifications ;)
