Quite a frustrating experience for shops with large inventories. Wanted to exclude the app from appearing on all my digital product pages as they do not require an ETA. But the interface provided by this app to exclude the digital products (I have more than 100+ items, not including archived items) is very lacking and needs major improvement. Filtering for the items by product type was very difficult and I had to resort to manually excluding my digital items one by one, which was time consuming. After seeking assistance, they pointed me towards upgrading my account to use another feature that might help, which only made it more annoying as they should acknowledge on working to improve what should have been working in the first place instead of asking us to pay more. Very frustrating especially for a first time onboarding experience.
