The customer service is very good. They understood the pain-points and solved the issues for us. The human connect is highly appreciated. These days a lot of apps are using bots for customer care are very annoying as the response time is unclear and you dont know if you are talking to a wall. So thank you for all the help. Also i have yet to implement the app but till now all is very good. Once it is applied and functional, we will know if all continues to be as good :)
