The app is very easy to use and integrates smoothly with Shopify. Setting up and managing ETA updates is simple, even for beginners, and it helps improve communication with customers by providing accurate delivery expectations. The interface is clean, user-friendly, and works exactly as expected. What impressed me the most was the support team, they are responsive, professional, and quick to help when needed. Overall, this app has been a great addition to our store and has improved the customer experience significantly. Highly recommend!

We had some complex ETA and responsive layout requirements for our Shopify store, including multilingual setup, shipping method rules, and custom storefront design. The SetuBridge support team was very responsive and helped us resolve a storefront rendering issue with the ETA widget on our Concept theme. They investigated the issue with their developers and provided fixes until the widget displayed correctly on desktop and mobile. The app offers many useful features: * shipping method based ETA * country and zipcode rules * multilingual support * pickup support * customizable ETA templates Support was fast, professional, and willing to help with theme compatibility adjustments. Recommended for stores that need advanced delivery date logic and responsive ETA widgets.

We have been using this delivery ETA app since 2024, and overall our experience has been excellent. The app has helped us display clear and accurate delivery estimates to our customers, which has improved customer confidence and reduced delivery-related queries. Initially, I had some confusion regarding the lead days settings, cut-off timings, and weekend cut-off configurations, but after understanding the setup properly, everything started working perfectly as per our expectations. We especially appreciate how smoothly the ETA rules work for different shipping methods and delivery schedules. The interface is user-friendly, and the app integrates well with our store. Good and responsive support team. The templates feel a bit gimmicky for my brand and require customization, but fortunately the developer is able to help create custom templates.

Great app. Takes a bit of work to configure it correctly, but it has the tools to do so and the support team are great to help out if required.

The app works well, but the support is what really stood out. I had a pretty specific setup I needed (different delivery times per product showing in the cart and checkout), and Jay from support actually helped me get it working instead of just sending generic instructions. The support team was very hands-on and made sure everything displayed correctly, and I appreciate all the help.
