The SetuBridge support team were great help to me today. I made some edits to my bespoke ETA rules and messages over the weekend which inadvertently stopped them syncing properly with my product pages. I couldn't see how to rectify the problem so i messaged their remote tech support who responded as soon as they came online this morning (London time) and the problem was fully resolved remotely for me within about an hour. Simple and straightforward support. I was very pleased with their response time and quality of service. The app is now back up and syncing properly with my Shopify store. Thank you.
