It works and it's easy to figure out. I needed help customizing the placement of the eta information and customer service took care of it for me real quick like less than 10 minutes. I think her name was Anne. Really great for drop shippers you can tag etas for drop shipped products and or etas for local or domestic products. The app could use more features but for the monthly price it's a good deal.

If you have different shipping times for different products this app is great. The customer support is one of the best on Shopify apps.

I was having a problem wit the placement of the estimated delivery time. The customer support was very efficient, replied me under a minute and managed to get it solved within the next 15 minutes. Love the service

I've had SO many painful customer service questions about where packages are and why things are taking so long and why they vary by product. This app is a gift from heaven - it's so quick and simple to set up and does exactly what I was hoping. Thank you developers - you have literally made my day!!!

I use this app to put the estimated delivery time on the product page, and it work perfectly, hopefully it can be automated to eta from Ali express.

This App has potential but we had quite a few problems initially, which really frustrated us. However they did rectify those issues eventually, which was great! However the delivery information suddenly stopped showing on our site for no apparent reason. We sent many emails (over the period of one week) to highlight the problem but there has been no response to date. This is appalling customer service and we are VERY disappointed. This wasted our precious time and caused problems for our business, so we just deleted the App. and found a new one!!

We rechecked the ticket and found that some were sent to a wrong box. And the custom code configuration for the theme will be recovered by the Shopify limit. You can restart it with a simple step. We encountered issue recently with the non-display of the Estimated Delivery Date message functionality when viewed from mobile on our store. However, it worked well when accessed from desktop. We engaged the support team with very fast responsive customer service. Bravo to the support team, namely CC and the developer, Yu in helping us to resolve the issue within a very short period of time. Much appreciated.

Great app but what is even greater than the app itself is the customer service. It's hard to find an efficient and fast one but ETA is really amazing for that. Thank you guys you're the best !!!

Endless problems with this app. The dates are totally incorrect (even though set up correctly), some products with the same ETA date configuration show differently or the ETA dates are missing entirely. Support responds once and then not again.

This app really helps me give the customer an estimated shipping time based on specific products, collections, or the whole website. Having the estimated shipping on the product page, shopping cart, & checkout will definitely increase my sales.

Updated: I have tried several delivery estimate apps on Shopify and this one offers the most for the best price. It is also probably the easiest of the delivery apps to set up. It is the only app (I believe) that will also show the estimated delivery for each product under the item in the cart page as well as on the order history page. That is immensely helpful for customers. I've encountered a few minor issues, but customer support was more than willing to take care of them very quickly. Recommended.
