We're just starting to explore using this app - so far the team have been really responsive to our requests and ensure that everything is installed as it should be. Like that it connects to Parcel Panel tracking too - and I've popped over a suggestion for that.

So far so good. Just what I was looking for, to divert customer inquires about when they will receive their order. I hope the DEV adds zones within the USA so I can adjust longer times for west coast form east coast.

Great application! Customer service response is also quite timely. I hope that the delivery time can be defined according to the product tag instead of the product collection
