Downloaded the app. It seemed a bit overwhelming at first. BUT use the customer service chat function. Reymar is fantastic and with the support, the app was easy. It is working great so far. So happy I installed it.

I must say your app is very easy to use, and I really appreciate that we can communicate directly with your team. Unlike many other apps where no one ever gets back to you, your support is responsive and helpful. I just want to say a special thank you to Jason & Raymar for the great assistance. Reymar was excellent! He was patient and waited for me to figure out how to set up shipping. He walked me through everything and helped set up shipping becuase I could not figure it out. THANK YOU Reymar! I wish all customer service was this good :)

Really pleased with the app and support received within minutes from Reymar. He was able to create custom shipping settings for specific products to the UK remote regions so my customers experience will be much more streamlined. Super efficient team, I can highly recommend.

Customer Service was fast and effective. Even when I couldn't get the app to do what I wanted, they made it happen. They were prompt, fast, and effective. these guys are going places.

Great app! It solved an issue we had with dividing a country into multiple shipping zones. During the configuration process, I experienced some difficulties with conflicting rules, but the support team (Jason) responded within minutes and helped me resolve everything. I highly recommend this app if you're struggling with specific rule sets for shipping methods!

We used the app to help manage our B2B and D2C customers shipping settings. Reymar was a big help, his timely responses helped to get this app fine- tuned for our needs. Werkt tot nu toe goed. Het aanmaken van de opties wel wat lastig i.v.m. uitzonderingen e.d. maar ik werd steeds snel geholpen via de mail.
