We have a blended store of D2C and B2B. Had some trouble setting up the shipping so that it would apply correctly to each type of account. Chatted with a rep and they were able to fix the issue - I had misconfiguration a couple of things - and got it working on all sides. Very friendly, very helpful.

Fantastic app! Very intuitive and easy to configure. It allowed us to set up specific shipping rates for our sale items using flexible, rule-based logic exactly what we needed. Reymar was incredibly helpful in setting up a delivery option rule for us, I chatted with a question of how to do it and he offered to do it for us. Worked perfectly the first time around, easy communication. We were looking at apps that cost $100+ a month to do what this app (and Reymar) did in seconds.

Reymar was very helpful. I needed help eliminating a few shipping options, and he was very helpful. I am not very computer smart, but he was able to walk me through and was able to solve the problem in a very timely matter

Perfect! No overcomplicated setups, just does exactly what I needed in my checkout that standard Shopify could not deliver (free shipping after a certain quantity of products). Had a minor issue that was instantly resolved with excellent customer service via the chat. Strongly recommend!

Très bonne communication même que la plateforme est en anglais ( si possible envisager en Français ) les personnes nous aident et sont disponible pour nous accompagner et guider dans ma démarche par rapport a la configuration du transport Je recommande Un grand merci pour leur aide
