SMART Shipping Rates & Rules

Overly complicated, does not automatically integrate with Shopify, been in a support chat for hours and still got no where.

La granularidad de condiciones y acciones es justo lo que un catálogo con logística mixta requiere. Pero lo que de verdad marca la diferencia es el soporte: tuvimos un caso en que una regla ocultaba el retiro en tienda, y un asesor lo entendió rápido y nos guió hasta la solución sin vueltas. Atención técnica, clara y resolutiva. Muy recomendada.

I have different shipping rates I wanted to show for items in specific collections and was unable to successfully display to customers using the regular set up in Shopify. However, with the SMART Shipping Rates & Rules app, I was easily able to set the rules up with the help of their partner!! It took no more than 5 minutes and they helped me achieve my goal and resolve the issue I was having. As a start up business, I was looking for a free app as well and this was perfect. I am so happy I found this and their service was fast and amazing.I look forward to using this app for my online store.

Ran into a snag setting up my B2B along with my D2C shipping profiles. This app did exactly what I needed it to do. Give my B2B customers a customized shipping option while my D2C shipping options didn't have to change. Took a bit to figure it out, but with a quick chat I was led in the right direction.

Perfect app that helped me set up my desired freight classes. I had quite an advanced setup with 25 different zones with 8 weightclasses for each zone, the app let me set up all my postal codes with weight. If i could wish for one thing it would be that the app let you have more then 25 zones, i just managed to get all my postal codes inside :) But the app is free, so im happy anyways!

Excellent service from this developer! I've had a couple of issues that were extremely quickly identified and resolved. The speed of help available on the chat function is superb. Also the app itself is extremely easy to set up and navigate. Nothing complicated about this unlike the previous app I was using for setting up different shipping rates for different kinds of products and was pretty expensive for what I needed it to do. I highly recommend this app!

I was not sure how to use the app- but used the chat support (Reymar) and within minutes had all of my questions answered and website set up just how I wanted it! I have wanted to find a way to offer zoned pricing and hide shipping options for certain products and this did just that! Excellent!

So far customer support does a great job, app works as intended with more customization than expected. no hidden fees.
