Tried integrating Etsy with my Shopify store and gave up miserably until I found this app which makes it a breeze. A few weeks in, as Etsy orders started picking up, I had a few questions and Hem from Support was able to guide me promptly. Very satisfied user here.

My customer support is Hem. The DPL software appears seamless. Hem helped me through the setup procedure as I was held up on deciding how to set my shipping as it's international. Hem was very professional and knowledgeable about the process and made it an easy integration. Thank you for your support.

Hem has helped my thru understanding what to do in syncing my Shopify Products with my Etsy Products. He stayed with me as I had a hard time understanding the SKU, etc. but now I have the ability to work on it more! Thank you so much, Brenda
