Very nice app with clean workflow to sync between Shopify and Etsy. Support person was really awesome who helped me walked through everything, answered all my questions to my satisfaction :)

This APP does exactly what it is meant to do. Orders are synced from Etsy to Shopify fully automatically. I have had one or two issues but they have been resolved very quickly by the support team. There are some powerful features hidden in this app within the advanced settings. Once you're familiar with the basics, it's well worth checking them out. In particular, I wanted to increase the prices between shopify and etsy to cover etsy fees which is in there. Updated 24 November 2021 - Continued good service from the team....

Absolutely fantastic service!!! Got help straight away when needed to help me export listings. Darpan was brilliant and I couldn't recommend higher.. Fantastic!

Good services, very helpful apps. I just start the app and don"t know how to use it and I chat with the guy he is very nice to help me We will let my friend use this app.

Ich habe mich für diese Etsy Integration entschieden, weil sie die einzigen sind, die aus Etsy die Versandkosten übertragen. In kürze werden sie vermutlich auch die im Brutto-Preis enthaltene USt übertragen. Das bedeutet, dass dann die Bestellungen, die von Etsy zu Shopify synchronisiert werden richtig für die Buchhaltung ausgewiesen werden. Etsy selber gibt diese Information leider nicht mit. Der Kundendienst ist hervorragend. Sie sind ein kleines wachsendes Team aber sind wirklich sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben ein Google-Meeting gemacht und mir wurde schnell geholfen. Super sympatisch!

Been using the app for few months, good support , helped a lot on selling on marketplace. like etsy, google, sets,, highly recommended. Excellent support by Darpan.

Easy to use plug, does the work. If you guys could notify the shop when an order doesnt go through that would be great, so we dont have to find out when is a bit too late

I had a minor issue in the beginning, and had reached out to the team to help out with it. I didn't have very high expectations because i've been having issues getting answers from any other app. But, not only did they respond - they did it quickly and with care to address each of my concerns. I will say that the app is not the most intuitive that I've used. That said, the support is amazing and helped me through every step. I was able to get our ShareASale fTP feed up & running very quickly and am finalizing our Etsy integration now. They respond quickly to emails & chats - very impressed overall!

Highly Recommend this company. They are new but their tech support is awesome! I love the live chat feature. Darpan helped me out as a new user and he was able to guide me remotely via Google Meet to how to use the app. Great customer service is so appreciated since it's rare nowadays.

Easy to use. Get your products on Etsy really quickly in batches. I don't understand the 1 star review people, really this is so easy lol. Simple video to help if needed and awesome customer service. Nice to see an app on shopify work smoothly and still have great support just in case.

Extremely happy with this app and the support team. Etsy Integration & Sync allows me to connect my Shopify store to my Etsy store and streamline the order process. Couldn't be happier, highly recommend. Support are always happy to help, and will work alongside you for every step. :)
