Etsy Integration ‑ DPL

Have only been using the app for a short time, but my experience so far has been wonderful. Uploading my products to etsy has been very easy. Had a small problem uploading 3 items, and they were able to help me solve it very quickly. it was as simple as the metadata still had not synced correctly yet. Looking forward to using this app for a long time.

Wow- I hate installing new aps then fumbling around. I scheduled a free 30 min session and we blasted through setup and I am off to the races. Honestly I wish every app on Shopify had this level of customer support. And the actual functionality is awesome.

Update to below review - support team reached out via phone and provided a tailored fix to issue. I was very impressed. It looks like the issue is being resolved, which is a win for me, but also a big win for the app’s usefulness for everyone else The app is unintuitive, and the customer support has a poor grasp of the English language, so communication is extremely difficult. the process of adding, syncing and managing products is not at all straightforward. They claim they cannot sync order shipping info any longer to Shopify, yet other Etsy integrations are doing it. So I'm left with all my imported orders failing to sync shipping and stock levels (what's the point of the app at this point?). They are telling me to pay for 3rd party shipping software to import and ship my orders because they cannot get them into Shopify themselves.

This app is such a life saver! It has simplified my business so much and gives me back time so I can actually grow my business. The customer service is perfection. You get proactive help and also instant help when you need it.

I had problems configuring this app with our Shopify store. I was contacted by the Etsy Integration Team - they set up a call with me (at no cost) and within 20 minutes, I was up and running. Everything between our Shopify store and our Etsy Shop was synced perfectly. Surya S was the person that helped me. He did an AWESOME JOB. Thank you Surya ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

This app was easy to get set up, so easy that I almost didn't meet with my Shopify Integration Team Member. I am glad I did. Firstly, I don't write reviews unless my expectations have been exceeded, and this app and customer service have BOTH exceeded my expectations! THE APP The app has clearly had a lot of tuning done to it to make it a smooth operator. In this case, 'set it and forget it' is a true slogan that actually works! Once you spend a little time going through the tabs and understanding what your preferences are, it is a simple app to understand and not a fragmented, frustrating learning curve many apps put you through. I would go as far as to say, it's a refreshing and enjoyable experience to have had. CUSTOMER SERVICE I had the help and assistance of the most patient and polite man called RONEX. He is more than worthy of a special mention as he tackled my onslaught of questions and talking. Calmly and patiently, Ronex walked me through every tab to see if I had all my settings correct according to what I wanted, but also according to the requirements of the app to work as smoothly as it does and sync correctly with my Etsy shop. All things are working like a dream, so thank you to you Ronex. My 5 star experience is not everybody's experience, and won't be everybody's experience, but we all have to deal with apps for just about every facet of building and running a business nowadays. I can honestly say, this app is well put together, the developers and customer service department know what you're trying to achieve and help you without the frustration and hard work.
