This app is easy to use and the customer support has been great. I would recommend getting a tutorial on the use before syncing so you understand how the syncing works.

Great integration app! It was a bit tricky at first since I didn’t have much knowledge about setting it up, but the technical support team was fantastic. I've been experiencing some issues with syncing from shopify to etsy and also uploading new products for syncing across. I went onto chat and Pratik picked up my message for help. What can I say!! Pratik went above and beyond to help me. I'm not too bad with technology but only on things that I need to know. Pratik set up a google meeting and helped me to share my screen. He then went through each issue I have been getting, resolving each one, giving me clear instruction. If there was more Pratik's in the world, we all would be much happier. Thank you so much for your help. Pratik is a credit to your company.
