Have been using this app for almost an entire year and it was worked flawlessly. Occasionally, the steps to do something won't be as clear as I'd like, but I've never not been able to do what I needed and it'd probably be clear if I'd just spend more time with it. App does not require any regular action from me. It just works happily in the background. Only when adding new products do I need to do something. The only time I needed customer support, they were amazingly helpful. I wasn't experiencing issues, just had a question. I reached out to them via their chat support. My question was answered quickly and accurately.

Pratak was really helpful and patient and knew what he was talking about and resolved all the issues and got my Shopify store connected to ETSY and EBAY in good time. Great customer service skills and nice nature.
