Simple to use and straight forward. Support assisted us in getting started with some minor configuration changes on my end. They were patient and wanted to make sure I was comfortable before we disconnected.

We had the impression that using this app would be seamless and user friendly from reading the reviews. We are new to the industry and appreciated Ronex and Hem walking us through uploading our Shopify store to Etsy. Would highly recommend using their Optimization free call as the guys were very patient and helpful! Krishna was helpful in explaining the Etsy payments! Lots to learn appreciate the ongoing support.

My phone consult with Kusum was very helpful and got me going with your app. I like it very much. I restarted using your app and Suyank was very helpful getting it set up. He has wonderful patience. This is another call I have had with Suyank and he is very patient and helpful. My store is on its way!
