So far so good after using for about 2 months. It has been great when adding new products to either my shopify store or my etsy store. It automatically syncs and those products are added to the synced store within minutes. I had questions on how to edit content and updating so I used their live chat feature. There was no wait time and they were very quick to respond with the information i needed to continue being productive editing my products. This has become one of the most beneficial apps in my arsenal.

Syncing my Shopify with Etsy was very easy, and their customer service reached out multiple times to be sure I was happy and comfortable with the app. I wish I knew about this app a long time ago, especially as a new mother and small business owner. I can only imagine how much income I have lost by not using this app sooner and listing all my products on the Etsy marketplace. Thank you! It's now January and I have used this app for 5 months now. Not only I have saved so much time syncing listings between Etsy and Shopify, their customer service is fantastic! Thanks again EI & S app team!

The app is the best I've found for putting my Shopify inventory on Etsy. It isn't perfect and honestly I'd give it four stars, but whenever I've needed assistance customer service has contacted me quickly and resolved the problem which gets it that extra star!

I need to consolidate my ETSY and shopify store, and this app did it all for me. I can track inventory, orders, and product listings. It was easy to install and the tutorial explained everything just perfectly. Great app.

THIS APP HANDS DOWN THE BEST! We have listed our products on multiple platforms and tested many different apps for Etsy. This app is so easy to setup and use, and within 1 day we had published over 500 listings to Etsy. The developers and customer support are great too, we had a couple of questions and they got back to us within a few hours. Try this app, use it, ignore the other Etsy integration apps.

Really useful app and the support team are helpful too, quick responses on the chat or on email if no-one is available immediately. We're going to use this on several of our stores.

This is a great app with great functionalities. Right now it is mainly focused on those who have a shopify store as their main hub and an etsy store second. So all the updates for listings (quantities, description, etc) has to be done on shopify which will be synced to etsy. Any order on etsy will be synced back to shopify through order syncing. Hoping they will have two way sync enables soon so that edits from etsy can be reflected on shopify.

The app is easy to use and does a great job of importing products and syncing them with Shopify. Support was always available when we need to reach out for assistance.

Amazing customer support! Very responsive. I had a particular request on functionality and within 24 hours they had their developers reconfigure the app so that it worked exactly the way I needed it to. Now THAT is amazing!
