Great app for linking products - had a few issues through my own making and they have been able to help us correct them. They also take feedback on board and have added in suggestions to the app throughout our time using it. Recently had an issue and Nirmal offered straight away to jump on a video call with us to sort it. Thanks!

I had some issues with the sync of shopify/etsy products. The customer support was great and it took them a few minutes to investigate and find the problem. I didn't add all Shopify variations in Etsy (only 10 of 12 colors), this is required to sync both products. Good to know and just something to keep in mind in your workflow, but great to be supported this fast and professional.

Despite being complicated and very strict in every step, support chat helped me to learn easier than researching on my own. The supporter was very patient and understanding, but if you could share screen shots to make it easier for him to understand, that would be great!

Solid app that works well and can be connected via SKUs which is really good varients on Shopify. Good customer service as well
