This app is great, Surya linked everything for us with the integration between shopify and etsy and it worked flawsley. Really happy we went with this app as it is 1/2 the price of competitors but just as good, if not better. Look forward to these guys bringing out app for eBay intergration. I have used some integration apps to sync my products for open marketplaces. Especially for Etsy marketplace, you may want to try this app because their customer service is very responsive, helpful, supportive, and outstanding. I had some product sync issues because I have 6K+ products but Surya and Jillian helped me to address the issues quickly with support from their developer team. Very easy to use!

I haven't used this app for every long, but so far it has been good and easy to use. The chat feature is very useful and I get quick responses when I use it. Darpan, Krsna, Nirmal and Surya have been a great help and both have been very friendly and quick to get a response on any issues I have had come up.

The app is wonderful, it can be a bit finnicky upon initial setup but it doesn't take much to get it established. I have had many questions along the way and the developers have been very prompt with responses. This has been effective in keeping accurate inventory counts across platforms. I have been using the app for more than a year now and ran into my first issue but the Development Team has been very effective in resolving the matter and verry responsive.

I am a beginner with Etsy and so far it has been super easy to navigate and when I did have any questions, the contact us button took me to Jillian B. who went above and beyond with answering all of my questions.

Love using this to sync my products, it saves me a ton of stress and time, I had to do it manually after each order and often I just forgot to change my inventory on either Etsy or Shopify, which forced me to count my stock over and over again. This app really helps, just sync the SKU and boom! done! Also the customer service is excellent, instant replies, very helpful. I highly recommend using this app if you're having trouble keeping track of your inventory.

Great support, really helped me a lot in syncing from Etsy to Shopify! I was searching a long time and tried a few Apps, I could never sync from Etsy to Shopify, but with them it worked out fine!

I've been using this app for awhile (about a year) and it's been working well for me. Their customer service is great. I just pop into the chat and someone is always there to help. Tonight I used the chat feature and Darpan C. solved my issue in less than 10 minutes. No complaints here. I would recommend this app to you all.
