Etsy Integration ‑ DPL

Even though there were minor hiccups along the way - mostly because of my learning curve - support was always there to help. The app is well worth the money, as etsy doesn't allow bulk upload, and the app does just that, uploading your product in bulk from your shopify store.

We had the impression that using this app would be seamless and user friendly from reading the reviews. Great app for linking products - had a few issues through my own making and they have been able to help us correct them. They also take feedback on board and have added in suggestions to the app throughout our time using it. I had some issues with the sync of shopify/etsy products. The customer support was great and it took them a few minutes to investigate and find the problem. I didn't add all Shopify variations in Etsy (only 10 of 12 colors), this is required to sync both products. Good to know and just something to keep in mind in your workflow, but great to be supported this fast and professional.
