Just started using this app, but seems straight forward so far! Reached my first issue with uploading to Etsy, but support were quick at responding and solved the issue.

Very Professional and a great help.

I found Etsy very simple and easy to use - saved me a lot of time.

Had issues with shopify/etsy sync after an in-person event. When I updated inventory in shopify post-event, it would not sync inventory with etsy. A quick chat with tech support and they manually synced inventory. They were super patient with me during my own computer hardware issues and very helpful with my questions. To help future folks (myself included), you must take your etsy shop off vacation mode before you make updates in shopify! But if you forget, contact DPL, and they will help.
