Etsy Integration ‑ DPL

Great support, really helped me a lot in syncing from Etsy to Shopify! I was searching a long time and tried a few Apps, I could never sync from Etsy to Shopify, but with them it worked out fine!

User friendly, does what it says , easy to use and very smooth , good customer support and very responsive. nothing to complain about , very recommended.

I just worked with Jillian for the 3rd time and she was absolutely amazing!! She helped me set up Etsy in my store, and I am excited to see how it works! I will keep ya'll posted! I've been using this app for awhile (about a year) and it's been working well for me. Their customer service is great. I just pop into the chat and someone is always there to help. Tonight I used the chat feature and Darpan C. solved my issue in less than 10 minutes. No complaints here. I would recommend this app to you all.

He helped in every way. I just think the system needs improvement to be easier with categories.

So far so good after using for about 2 months. It has been great when adding new products to either my shopify store or my etsy store. It automatically syncs and those products are added to the synced store within minutes. I had questions on how to edit content and updating so I used their live chat feature. There was no wait time and they were very quick to respond with the information i needed to continue being productive editing my products. This has become one of the most beneficial apps in my arsenal.

I contacted Darpan on chat as I was having a couple of tinkering issues when setting up the integration from www.jocookebestartist.co.uk to my Etsy store @JoCookeBest. Darpan was more than helpful and we sorted the issue within a few clicks. Also - I have tried a a couple of different Etsy integration apps before in the past and this one, without a doubt is by far the best. I just want to add that Nirmal and the team have been exceptional in dealing with me and my stores individual circumstances. Highly recommended in both customer relations and usability of the app! 100%!!

Syncing my Shopify with Etsy was very easy, and their customer service reached out multiple times to be sure I was happy and comfortable with the app. I wish I knew about this app a long time ago, especially as a new mother and small business owner. I can only imagine how much income I have lost by not using this app sooner and listing all my products on the Etsy marketplace. Thank you! It's now January and I have used this app for 5 months now. Not only I have saved so much time syncing listings between Etsy and Shopify, their customer service is fantastic! Thanks again EI & S app team!
