We had the impression that using this app would be seamless and user friendly from reading the reviews. We are new to the industry and appreciated Ronex and Hem walking us through uploading our Shopify store to Etsy. Would highly recommend using their Optimization free call as the guys were very patient and helpful! Krishna was helpful in explaining the Etsy payments! Lots to learn appreciate the ongoing support.

I was struggling trying to open up my store in Etsy so that is can integrate with my Shopify store. The Etsy rep Pratik helped me and was very good at handling the situation. I am up and running and I appreciate him for all the hard work. I appreciate his patience, professionalism and outstanding customer service. I will recommend speaking with him to anyone. My experience with the app has been awesome so far. I received help from Surya today. He was very kind and patient with me as he helped me to solve my problem of importing products from my shopify store. Surya went out of his way to make sure that all of my issues were taken care of. My phone consult with Kusum was very helpful and got me going with your app. I like it very much. I restarted using your app and Suyank was very helpful getting it set up. He has wonderful patience. This is another call I have had with Suyank and he is very patient and helpful. My store is on its way!

Useful app that has saved our team time with order fulfillment between Shopify and Etsy. I recently had some issues with order syncing and Ronex took the time to clearly walk through the steps by phone. Thank you for the phenomenal customer service!

Great app for linking products - had a few issues through my own making and they have been able to help us correct them. They also take feedback on board and have added in suggestions to the app throughout our time using it. Recently had an issue and Nirmal offered straight away to jump on a video call with us to sort it. Thanks!
