Shopify _ Amazon upload doesn't work, support chat is not responding, email support will respond after 48 hours. This app is a waste of time...

Just signed up to the Export Feed app. I looked at others and found this was perfect for me... now... and in the future with other feeds as I need. Arpan (Customer Service) talked me through the whole set up... It was so easy. I will now work through it and get all my products up on Etsy. This will certainly save me so much time... days just to upload but also the ability to change info in 1 place and have it automatically update in the other! The time to learn was about 10 minutes which is way shorter than the time needed to manually do 1 product. In one short setup, I can do all my catalogue and get on with the important things. Thank you Arpan and Export Feed! UPDATE Had a few problems (as it turned out it was on my side) and Support quickly got it sorted.

This app is a great tool for advancing my shopping channels. The support staff is helpful and patient. Was able to receive both phone, email and live chat.

I picked this app based on the promise of inventory syncing across Etsy and Shopify. That is not one of the features of this app, despite what the friendly customer service rep told me. I am uninstalling.

Seems to be working well and the support is 100% helping every time I get stuck. good app would recommend.

Caution - despite how it is advertised - you can only sync listings that you create from inside of the app itself. The help chat confirmed that is it not actually possible to sync quantities from an existing Shopify listing to an existing Etsy listing (for the same product). Customer service only solution was to recreate all my listings and not use my existing Etsy listings (so I would lose sales history and SEO). Also heads up - their website pricing has different pricing for Woocommerce vs Shopify, so make sure you look at the right one. EDITED: The developer did try and offer to remedy and help.

Excellent customer service extremely helpful. Data feeds up and working within 5 minutes. Over a 1000 products listed in Etsy within 30 minutes. What more could you ask for.

I've been using this app to send my products from Shopify to Amazon and it works great. The guys in support were very helpful and got my feeds up and running quickly.

ExportFeed is a great app to use with Shopify, it can connect so many sales channels and all work very well, the customer service is awesome, they are friendly and fix your problem asap, strongly recommend this app.

This app is simple to use and works great so far. Errors are easy to resolve, and the customer support at ExportFeed.com is great! They can help with any errors that can't be easily fixed on my side, and they're always updating and optimizing their platform so I can feel confident in working with them.

I am thrilled to have this app to move my 900+ items over to Etsy! Looks like they are making improvements, but what they have now is perfectly suited to do the job! I was a little confused when I started the transfer, but someone was available on webchat right away to walk me through. It's super easy--I'm just an airhead, admittedly. I used this app to import my products from shopify to etsy! Never thought it was going to be an easy task, but the team were super helpful and were available via chat and phone. Customer service was amazing! Saved me alot of time

This was the only app I was able to find that could transfer data from Shopify to Etsy, many can do the opposite while I need this exact ability to export listings from my Shopify store to Etsy. I contacted the support and while there was a delay in responding due to time difference (we are in different zones), they got back to me and called to walk me through the set up. There is a learning curve but nothing cumbersome or beyond the ability of an elementary school student to comprehend. I would say with little patience for the customer service to get back to you, this app does what it states. The person's name who helped me was Rudra and he was very patient and professional.

Absolutely terrible. Does not upload to Etsy as they state it does. No immediate support. Not worth it at all.

Great customer service! Exportfeed was very helpful, highly recommend using the app!

this is the only app we could find to support the specific export requirements for our Rakuten LinkShare product feed. It's taken awhile to tweak and update but customer support has been very helpful in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that come up. I've found that it's more helpful to communicate specific issues via email rather than the chat, and although there is a time difference with the US, I always receive a reply and constant communication until an issue is resolved!

This feed is great if you have all the time in the world after 12 am USA time to chat with there support and make it all work. Then repeat this every time you access the feed if you are that person then go for it otherwise stay 10 miles away to save the hassle. Pathetic is not fitting here that is what this feed provider is
