Generally I've had no issues with them. They can be a little slow to respond sometimes, but that could be partly due to the time difference. The integration itself works well, and I have no complaints about the emails I've received.

Great working with this integration, the customer support was amazing and it has made syncing the Etsy store and Shopify store a lot easier. Will highly recommend
