Automatically changed all my prices even tho we never turned on price sync and changed all sku's after auto linking all items. worst nightmare.

Great experience with the Integration Etsy CED app! The integration is smooth and saves a lot of time when managing your store. But most importantly, the customer support is outstanding I had a call with Utkarsh Tiwari who guided me through everything step by step. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and efficient in solving my issues quickly. It’s really refreshing to have such responsive and helpful support Highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with Harsh Singh from the CedCommerce support team. He was very patient, responsive, and guided me step-by-step through the process of activating my product listings. I was initially confused about why my products were still in draft status, but Harsh clearly explained what to do and pointed me to the exact steps needed. Thanks to his help, I was able to successfully activate my products, and they are now live on Etsy. CedCommerce truly worked like magic integrating Shopify with Etsy, once everything was set up, all my products, data, and details synced smoothly across both platforms. Generally I've had no issues with them. They can be a little slow to respond sometimes, but that could be partly due to the time difference. The integration itself works well, and I have no complaints about the emails I've received.

Great working with this integration, the customer support was amazing and it has made syncing the Etsy store and Shopify store a lot easier. Will highly recommend
