What a good communication, Bhavya helped me a lot with my problems very patiently.
App works great to connect Etsy with Shopify to help process orders. Customer service is fantastic.
Mohd Fahad Khan helped us to solve our issue and shared resources to assist us with integration. Thank you for the help!
Uninstalled the app and was charged the following month. Crazy. Trying to remove myself and get support and it's not easy.
App works great, great way to sync a lot of Etsy listings. Anything that saves hours of work each week for less than $25 a week is a major win.
We used the CED Commerce Etsy integration for more than 2 years to connect our Shopify store with our Etsy shop. We chose the app because we needed reliable inventory synchronization and centralized management between the two platforms. Unfortunately, our experience was consistently disappointing. Throughout our time using the app, we encountered recurring issues that significantly impacted our business. The most serious problems included inventory not syncing correctly, resulting in oversold products, and pricing being updated unexpectedly when it should not have been. For an integration app whose primary purpose is to maintain accurate inventory and product data, these issues created unnecessary work, customer service challenges, and lost confidence in the platform. Whenever problems occurred, we often found ourselves spending considerable time troubleshooting or contacting customer support. While support was generally responsive, the underlying issues frequently resurfaced, leaving us feeling like we were addressing the same problems repeatedly instead of finding lasting solutions. After more than 2 years of dealing with recurring technical issues and unreliable synchronization, we ultimately decided to cancel our subscription and move to a different solution. We simply could no longer trust the app to accurately maintain our inventory, orders, and pricing across sales channels. Examples of issues we experienced: December 2024: Ced Commerce fails to sync inventory for a number of items, causing many to have orders despite selling out all inventory. They blamed the third party APIs and Shopify's own internal systems for their inventory sync failures. Later in the conversation, their support claimed that many other sellers had the same problem using Ced Commerce, implicitly admitting that the problem was on Ced Commerce's side rather than anyone else's. No restitution was offered. February of 2025: Ced Commerce reset all prices to match what was on Shopify rather than the designated marketplace price, which accounts for free shipping and marketplace feed. The lowered pricing triggered a higher than usual number of sales, resulting in a loss of $464.40 before the problem was identified and rectified. Despite the issue being directly due to Ced Commerce's mistake, they refused to provide anything to offset this dramatic loss until Shopify Support was involved, in which case they offered a smaller credit towards the expenses for the marketplace plan. March 2025: Ced Commerce accidentally shuts off all plans and stops service to the account, because they "accidentally" thought that our plan had expired and insisted that in order to turn it back on, we needed to pay them. Only when direct receipts of the one year plan were shared, showing that the account still had multiple months already paid for that were left on the account, did they turn the service back on. Despite the fact that this mistake caused lost sales and internal app data to be wiped, they did not believe that anything outside of normal operations had occurred. April 2025: Ced Commerce's app failed to sync in orders for an extended period of time, causing 22 orders to accumulate unseen, many of which fell past the mandatory ship date. Despite no known outages, they blamed the marketplace API for "glitching" and did not offer any sort of restitution or accountability for the difficulty and lost revenue from unshipped orders. These were the four over the past couple years that stood out as being by far the worst, as they all caused significant monetary loss, interrupted usual company activity, and in all cases resulted in a lack of accountability. We understand that every business has different needs, and this was our experience. However, based on the reliability issues we encountered over an extended period, we cannot recommend this app for merchants who depend on accurate inventory synchronization between Shopify and Etsy.
I must say if it wasnt for Harsh Singh i would be lost. He is not only the mosy patience advisor but he actually assits with any questions you may have. its people like him, that make customers rely on companies like CEDCommerce. I hope this message finds you well sir, keep being you!
I have a shopify store with 10,000 skus. So far we have integrated hundreds of sku's with Ced to our Etsy store and it has doubled sales in one month. I will continue to expand and am looking forward to 4th quarter. This was incredibly easy to map and the amount of time it saves building listings far exceeds the monthly costs. Thank you!!!!
I regret purchasing this app. My Etsy shop is large (1,600 listings), and although the initial merge seemed fine, the sync was unreliable. Inventory between Etsy and Shopify became inconsistent, and when I attempted a full reset, the app rewrote my Etsy SKUs. I reached out to customer support on Google Meet and still couldn’t fix the issue, telling me it would take a day or two. I installed Shuttle instead and had my entire store synced within an hour. When I requested a refund for the remaining ~$600 on my annual plan, they refused. I explained that I would need to leave an honest, negative review based on my experience, and they accused me of blackmailing them, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. If you choose this app, be prepared for frequent support calls and slow, difficult problem resolution.
Good App with good performance. All issues could be solved by CED supporters who always are prompt available.
We needed to upgrade our plan having reached our upload limit. We will mid cycle and whilst I was frustrated they were unable to clarify what the prorate charge would be it did work in Shopify in the way they said it would. Harsh was then very helpful ensuring the missing products were uploaded into the app and showing me how to do it myself. We've used them for several years now and have been very pleased with how seamlessly the app integrates between Shopify and Etsy
10/10 would recommend! Have been using this for years- great experience! Had a troubleshooting issue and was resolved immediately. Harsh took the time to watch the loom videos, troubleshoot in real time and when we didn't get a good solution he hopped on google meet and solved it in real time. Amazing service, thank you!
Really enjoying using the app so far, it makes what would have been a really long process much easier! The customer service is also super helpful, they got back to me immediately to help me get setup as a first timer even to Etsy!
Mohd Fahad Khan provided excellent customer service, direct and to the point, with no unnecessary back-and-forth. He saved me a lot of time.. i appreciate that. Gardenia Naturals

Ich muss zugeben, die App ist ein wenig teuer aber richtig gut. Und der Support ist tatsächlich sehr sehr gut
