Roopa Gopal Art review for CedCommerce Etsy Integration
This CED commerce integration removed my Etsy listings when I updated pricing on a few of my products. It never synced prices, and support didn't show up. I installed this app to sync my art prints from Shopify to Etsy. After I updated my prices in Shopify, the app removed my Etsy listings, and it never pushed the updated prices to Etsy, even though the app itself showed them correctly. Support didn’t fix it. One agent republished my listings with the old prices and left the chat. After about a week with no reply, I was told everything was synced, which it wasn’t. They asked to meet, I sent my availability, and they never answered. When they finally sent a call invite, I joined and waited 10 minutes, and nobody from their team joined. I spent days troubleshooting a problem I didn’t cause, and my Etsy shop couldn’t sell. I’ve uninstalled the app. If you’re a small shop with only a few products, I’d recommend listing on Etsy by hand instead. I spent months trying to set everything up and only for 1 small change to my pricing to deactivate all of my listings. Please save your time and money from doing this integration! It is terrible!! Update - One of their Account Managers reached out to understand the issue, and she was very dedicated. She helped identify the problems and offered me a refund, since I had uninstalled the app and moved to a different platform. She mentioned that new users can join an onboarding program, with helpful links and an assigned support team to help troubleshoot issues. If you’re new to the app, I’d recommend asking for that from the start.
