During the application setup, I had many questions. I wrote to customer support and they immediately offered help via Google Meet. We had a great meeting and they explained everything to me. They also offered a discounted annual subscription and optimization of my Etsy listings.

This was helpful to understand how to sync products across the Shopify and Etsy platform even though it was stuff I knew when researching on my own; however, I felt rushed to understand what to actually do and was asked to share my screen while I wrote my original review and show I actually submitted a good review when working with technical support.

BAD!! not syncing anything - not the inventory, not fuilfilmaents , tried solving it many times

We reviewed your case in detail and found that the syncing issue occurred because the product profiling step was not completed during setup. Once profiling is completed, inventory and fulfillment sync works as expected.
