Be Lusch review for Etsy Integration ‑ CedCommerce

CED Commerce used to work well enough for Etsy integration and I used it for 2 years. For the past 6 months I've had constant problems with products not syncing correctly, which led to lost revenue and oversold stock. The app would routinely remove inventory from Etsy or add too much, and the longer I used it, the further my stock tracking drifted from reality. It turned my inventory management into a complete nightmare. Every time I raised it, they promised a fix, but no real solution ever came and the issue kept recurring. I kept giving them chances, but I never saw a genuine attempt to resolve it. Eventually I was told that for any product with different international pricing enabled on Etsy, the app won't sync stock quantities at all. Their explanation was that Etsy's API doesn't allow quantity to be updated without also updating price, making my issues unfixable. My husband, a software developer, says this is easily solvable, and other sync apps don't have this problem either. When I unsubscribed and uninstalled the app, it deleted over 50 listings from my Etsy store. I never expected this. If you uninstall, revoke the app's access from Etsy's side first so it can't touch your shop on the way out. On refunds: they offered to refund 3 months of the service not working, and said the refund was already processed. So far they've only reversed a charge for the current billing period, which had started a few days earlier. They then told me the remaining refund would be issued only if I removed this review. They've continued messaging me repeatedly, including in the middle of the night, asking me to take the review down. The app I'm using now was much easier to set up, syncs with Etsy without any of the API issues CED Commerce claims exist, and is cheaper. I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
