The customer service agents are always super helpful with instructions, links, AND photos whenever I have questions about anything. I highly recommend using this if you have any items that need to link to your Etsy store from your Shopify store. I will say it's not the most intuitive app without help, but the customer service agents are ready to walk you through how to do anything and they are very helpful and thorough!
