2024: Be prepared to work with the support team to link produts. It can be complicated. EDIT May 2025: Nevermind. I had 1 good experience, but the rest of my experiences have been absolute garbage. This app is so insanely complicated, not even the support team has been able to fix some of the problems. I have given this app over $2000 over the last 3 years. I pay so much for an app because I need it to sync Etsy and shopify products, and I need it to send my Etsy orders to shopify to be fullfilled. Does this app do that? Absolutely NOT. Do not waste your time with this app, do not waste your money, and do not waste your time trying to figure it out, and trying to speak with the support team. I'm doing everything in my power to get my money back because I cannot believe that they are allowed to charge me SO much money for something that doesnt work. Its outrageous. EDIT May 2025: You will get the help you need if you get mad enough. The manager was lovely to work with, and very helpful and patient with me. But the rest of the support team needs improvement. Finally after 3 years of problems, I think we have worked it out.
