I recently enjoyed working with Shikra, a customer service representative from CedCommerce Integration, and I am beyond impressed! Shikra was pleasant, professional, and extremely patient as she helped me resolve two specific issues I was facing. What stood out to me was her proactive approach. She set up a Google Meet session to screen share, making it easy for us to communicate and address the problems together. Thanks to her expertise and clear explanations, both issues were resolved in under five minutes. This level of support truly sets CedCommerce apart. A big thank you to Shikra for the stellar service! Utkarsh from the support team was extremely helpful getting our Etsy integration working properly. He's willing to spend much time helping to make sure everything is correct and was a pleasure to work with. Huge time saver and the BEST customer service. It's the reason I'm leaving a review because I rarely do. Every time I get stuck or have an issue, I use the live chat for customer service and they bail me out. Every time. They've been an absolute pleasure to work with!
