Great, support, very easy to use and to implement. Reply in less than 5 minutes. Integration done in 15 minutes at most.

The customer service for this app is outstanding! I had a few questions about the features, and their support team responded quickly and was exceptionally helpful. They went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed, even following up to ensure everything was working perfectly. It's rare to find such attentive and friendly service nowadays. This app not only offers excellent functionality but also has a team that truly cares about its users. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure to use CED Commerce from the beginning of my Etsy shop from the Free plan to the paid ones and was able to really enjoy it. It is a great app to start with and does faciliate the synching of products and more importantly of orders being placed. I recommend it to everyone! It is a time saver and will pay by itself once sales start to kick in.

Extremely helpful and useful App. Customer Service actually will answer and help you with your problem no matter the time of day. Being able to talk to an actual person versus just a chatbox is critical, when you are trying to figure out something new. The rep Zufishan was so kind and talked me through all of the steps and went above and beyond

I have to use multiple 3rd party applications to make things run smoothly for my online business, and there is none other like this one. I have never seen ANY online service that provides such fast and truly helpful customer service. I have needed help many times on my journey and they are always there within seconds (even at 2am on a Saturday night) and explain things in ways I can actually understand. They have even went on a call with screenshare to assist me in making sure I have things set up correctly and fully understand their function. For those of you out there searching for which app to use, this one is definitely the answer. I started with a different app that only lasted one day until I realized that it was not capable of doing items that had any sort of variations, which is A LOT of my items. I thankfully found this app afterwards and it handles variations like a breeze. I am writing this review after getting off of a video chat screenshare call with Utkarsh where he helped me with my settings to properly function with my needs. I would go as far to say that this company provides customer service like no other company I have delt with in any part of my life. The help was truly genuine. Thank you so much!

As the only app that allows me to connect my Etsy account to Shopify, it's pretty good. Requires a little getting used to but after that, it's superb. Support was on point and extremely helpful as well. It has really saved me a ton of effort.

Very good customer service, able to cater to specific business needs and covers a vast amount of different business models. Highly recommend giving this service a month to try it out. You won’t end up canceling. Mohd and Aditya were very fast and helpful customer service agents that were able to meet in a live chat with me immediately. 5/5 stars

This is a wonderful app that saved me a lot of headache when syncing my Shopify store to my Etsy shop. The customer service is excellent and they are quick to respond and help with any inquiries.
