Exceptional customer service, always available whenever we needed assistance. The application is incredibly user-friendly. CED has significantly boosted our Etsy shop’s performance, helping us double our income! Order syncing works seamlessly, and inventory management, which used to be a headache, is now running flawlessly. Special thanks to Shubham for his dedication and support from day one.

This is a great platform to be able to sell products in both Shopify and Etsy without having to create listings in two places. Saves a ton of time and their customer support has been FANTASTIC!

I recommend this app and the support behind it. I needed help on a Saturday late afternoon and Utkarsh helped me immediately. He was patient and walked me through all the details to resolve my issue. I recommend the app and the support.

The app itself has some glitches and is not the most user firendly in terms of sorting and bulk activities. However, this is one of the ebst customer service I have experienced. There is always help available which makes me stick around. Overall, it's a good app. I am excited to see the improvements in the new versions but for now, it's the best you got on shopify.

This app is a life saver for my shop. Saves you a lot of time from having to load every item twice and with my shop having thousands of options it's literally saving me from hours and hours of double duty. Customer service is extremely helpful on assisting and giving detailed information on how to complete a task that I'm not familiar with in the system. So don't worry if the system is intimidating at first because they will help you walk through any item you need help with.

Excellent app! Excellent support available 24-7 and they are super friendly and knowledgable. Functions perfectly regarding keeping listings when they go out of stock by either putting them into the inactive or sold out categories on Etsy. This is something that other apps lack and is important because it enables buyers to continue viewing the listing- buyers and people who favorited it. The syncing of products and orders is seamless and happens nearly in real time with no delay.

So pleased with this app! Was able to customize what products I want to sync over to Etsy from my site and it is a seamless integration! Once and awhile there are some glitches, but you can contact the support and they resolve it right away.

Love this App! Easy to use- and even when I run into an issue or something I cannot figure out, customer support is always SUPER helpful and resolves my issues immediately. They have a convenient Chat support option, so I always get immediate help. I recently had Utkarsh help me with a problem, and they had it resolved within minutes!

I downloaded the CedCommerce-Etsy app this morning (Sunday) and downloaded all our products to Etsy very easily. I had an issue with variation images not changing so contacted the help desk via Chat. What a pleasant experience. I was connected to Srajan in seconds. A very patience and helpful Srajan checked out what the issues were (all mine!), organised a screen chat when I wasn't understanding and we are sorted out. I trialled another Shopify/Etsy link app which was so frustating with no response to help and no live products after 36 hours so this whole experience has been a delight. Set up is simple, support is excellent and I cant recommend enough. Cant wait to get to know this app in more detail. Thanks Srajan :) Update 1 October; I have been using this app now for a few weeks and it has made such a huge difference to our business. I cannot recommend enough if you are looking for a way to link your online stores.

Great service and always available to help especially on the weekends when I am usually working on the site and inventory. This app saves me so much time!
