we use it mainly for inventory and order synchronization (not for product setup and listing integration). For us the app works fine. Support is readily available. I like it that I receive Email alerts, when an order doesn't synchronize, so I can address the issue immediately and the customer gets the product within the promised delivery time.

I have been using the Ced Commerce app for a while now, and I must say it has greatly improved my e-commerce experience. Have been into loop with Fawad since a while and he has been guiding me through all the process and stuffs making my work alot more easier. The customer support is A+ This is for Ritik, Sir you did a 6 star job fast efficent and listen to what needed to be done.These guys all made this work great with the team you have in place. I was very slow to try them as they come at you and it's a new platform so adjustment is quick and easy with them. I will use this team as they all have made my life a lot easier. The tech support is amazing! I was having some trouble figuring out why some of my items were not synching but Ardash set me up with a simple template that fixed the problem in minutes. I might have otherwise given the app 4 stars, but their free service more than makes up for any complexity issues.
