This Mohd fahad Khan answered my questions on line and then he had the brilliant idea to do a face time call with me. I am 61 years old and I have never done anything like this....but it was easy with Mohd because he made it easy. He told me how to click on this and that and he helped me bulk edit an item and then he talked me through listing something. It was like having a private tutorial. I am very grateful to him and I am impressed with this excellent and intuitive customer support. Thank you Mohd!

Had an issue with some products syncing with the app that I did not want to sync, needed them deleted from the app. Mohd Fahad Khan had the issue resolved within 1 minute and advised me on how to exclude them from syncing in the future. Great support!

I just installed the App and so far, it's working wonderful. It was a little hard to sync them but I started a chat with customer support and was connected Utkarsh and he was wonderful, walked me through every step of the synchronization and everything was done in under 10 minutes. I can't wait to be able to manage both my shopify store and my Etsy store in one place, because managing them separately is nearly impossible.

I had problems and they helped me fixed it. It took a google meet call and lots of refreshing but we got it all synced up.

We love that the CedCommerce app has live customer service reps to help solve problems. I was able to do a google meet with my rep who worked with me to efficiently resolve my issues. 5 star service!

I got this app and within 3 minutes Utkarsh got on the line and helped walk me through integrating my Shopify listings with inventory into my Etsy store after I had been painstakingly trying to get my Etsy listings set up to view multiple types of fabric!!! The Etsy app would only allow me to set up two options per listing and it is 20 cents per listing, so this is AWESOME!! Thank you so much and this is well worth the monthly fee!!

I had an extremely annoying problem and Ritik Rajput was so helpful in fixing it super fast! They helped me with Zoho Assist and showed me other features that I wasn't aware of. I highly recommend using CedCommerce Etsy Integration.

Impressed with the quick service from Ritik today! So far this app has been very helpful and I'm still just getting used to all the features and how to use it best! Definitely recommend!
