The amount of time this product saves us is invaluable and the support is always in a timely and respectful manner. Would highly recommend this app to anyone that's looking to spend less time working on the back end of their store and more time creating products.

I am relatively new to this app and I have had to reach out to customer/tech support on several occasions to address issues or settings or other aspects I needed help with and I have to say the customer service reps I have worked with have been very helpful and worked to help me to understand and resolve my questions. I would not call the app particularly "user friendly" for anyone new to using it BUT I will state that it is VERY capable of performing the integration tasks that I needed from it. I will also state that for the price I feel you get A LOT in the way of capabilities and function. I am still very much a newbie on the use and capabilities of this program/app but I feel it is well worth what I paid and more than serves the intended purpose.

Great experience with the app. It works exactly the way it should and integrates well between Shopify and Etsy. For my questions during onboarding, there was prompt 24/7 chat support and they helped solve all of my IT questions. Would definitely recommend!

Support is great! This app really makes it super easy to publish products from Shopify to Etsy. Ritik (one of the tech support guys) was easy to talk to and very understanding when it came to setting up the integration. I use CED Commerce for all of my integrations including walmart, michaels, etsy, and tiktok!

I accidentally deleted 24 products from Shopify and panicked...how was I going to get them back? Then, I realized they were still on my Etsy shop through CedCommerce, but I didn't know how to copy them back to Shopify. Shikhar was SUPER helpful in fixing this issue for me and teaching me the steps for if it happens again in the future. EXCELLENT customer service (oh, and the app has been great for my Etsy business!).

I had the best experience with Ritik. He took me through the setup of the CedEtsy app, the importing and exporting of products---all of it. He took something difficult and broke it down into manageable pieces, and he was extremely patient in the process! I am very thankful and will be calling Ritik or his teammates again the next time I need help! They are great, and the application is amazing.

The app has worked fine for me. I did have issues with listing the products, there were some errors, and I was having hard time, but Ritik patiently helped me out with every query I had. I must say this is the first time I have ever experienced a support team who really is nice, patient and care about their client's need.

Overall, this app is extremely time saving, if you have a lot of products this will be a life saver for you. The best part of this app is the free plan that allows you to have 20 products from your Shopify account to Etsy, it does is seamlessly and importing the information in your product. It takes a little while to get to know the system, but once you do, you are able to bring forward your entire store. I recommend the free plan and then upgrading as you receive more volume orders from Etsy.

Ever since I downloaded this app my life has changed! the way I mange all of my stores became much easier. The integrating process is smooth is easy, and helps you manage your platforms without issues. The customer support is amazing, they are available for you 24/7 with skilled developers and support agents. At first, I tried to use the Shopify marketplace connector app. It was my worst mistake, when I initiated the integration, it messed up my whole store! they didn't have any support to help me solve this problem. Luckily, CedCommerce team stepped in and helped me with solving the issue. I am more than happy. Will definitely recommend.

Onboarding is very easy and CedCommerce helps you when you get stuck. We migrated products from Shopify to the app and then to Etsy in very short time. Creating profiles and templates and assigning them to the products is a straightforward process. It works great with multi-variant products. Also, if you happen to need to reconnect the app, it takes just a moment.

Customer service is amazing! I previously used a different Etsy integration app, DPL, and it deleted over 50 of my listings. CedCommerce helped sync the missing items and saved me so much time and headache. CS is BIG HELP and will jump on a zoom or send a screen recording walking you step by step through the process.
