Fantastic app! Made my life easy. I love the customer service and tech support that I receive from them any time I need. I don't remember ever waiting for anyone to get back to me... They are always there. They set the bar for customer service and support.

Just had some help with some items that weren't listing on Etsy and am very satisfied with the help I received. You do have to stay on top of your listings, and you might need to renew them or re-sync but then it works great. I did have some trouble with a purchase integrating with my Shopify store but it seems to have been corrected now.

This is the most sophisticated Etsy app as far we are concerned. They're extremely responsive on support and committed to finding solutions. It didn't quite work with our workflow, but with enough fine tuning, it's turning out to be a great solution for our store. I'd absolutely recommend the app for any other merchants. We tried 5-6 different apps and really tried to make them all work, but ultimately we settled in on this specific app integration and it's been a great tool for us.

Just launched this app and so far it is working great! It does have a learning curve but the customer service is phenomenal and they do help you with everything. My one comment is at the moment you are unable to delete products that you imported you have to chat with them to delete for you, but they did say they are working on making that possible

Shikhar Gupta was super helpful with my beginner questions. 4 stars for now for the app since I've barely used it. I'm sure that will improve as soon as I figure it out. Thanks Shikhar! Update: I've used the Chat feature on CedCommerce and continue to get great service. So I'm upgrading to 5 stars. Thanks to Adarsh as well.

I contacted support and Utkarsh Saxena was an amazing help. He came on chat and guided me through the whole process. I am really impressed with the quality of their service. I also had another issue resolved by Ritik Rajput. It was resolved quickly and to my full satisfaction. I really appreciate the skills and professionalism of the team. Shikhar did a great job helping me out with an issue regarding importing. CED Commerce definitely cares about its customers! Would recommend it to everyone. Aman A Singh really helped me out. Profiling can be difficult but he made it super easy for me. Would recommend it to everyone.
