This is an amazing app and they have excellent customer service! I needed some help removing some products that were imported by accident and i got an immediate response and within minutes I was provided with a solution for my problem.

Seamless Etsy integration. Easy to to set up and easy to use. If I ever have some errors or questions someone is always online immediately to help out.

Ritik Rajput was great. He was able to guide me through steps that I missed and give me information that tells me you need a new technical writer on the automatic answers section. Variants made in Etsy cannot be transferred into Shopify. Good to know... Thanks Ritik!

Thank you to the customer service team for helping out. They’re great over WhatsApp. Problem resolved overnight and we’re very happy. Also happy with the integration from shopify to Etsy, it’s worked a treat!

So far the App has been great, saves a lot of time uploading products. The order managment side has also been great, the error function has worked really well so you know when orders have not come thur properly which has always been our fault missing sku's etc. customer support has been very quick and helpful though only had to use it once as the app seems to be fairly easy to use. I would recommend this app, just make sure things are orgaise well in shopify before you do the bulk upload.

Thank you so much Anyatra! Because of your help I ended up signing up. I was having trouble at first trying to get my items from Shopify to Etsy but Anyatra went above and beyond to help me get the starter plan and It's 11:20pm where I'm at. She was very helpful and nice!

Great support and very fast excited to work with with them and finally get my Etsy store up and going 5 star. This is the best support I have had in a long time. Have worked with many companies and have nothing but issues and days to follow up. Customer service is number 1.

The app is very useful and it saves me a lot of time, although I think it can be improved. For example, have the possibility to delete products manually from the product section of the app which for the time being not possible. Also, I think the interface can be improved the product section is a bit messy, hard to navigate and view the products. But overall it does the job and saves time.
