If you want to connect your Shopify store to Etsy, the Etsy Ced Commerce app is one of the best online. In particular, the 24/7 customer support is fantastic. If you have any issues, you can call them using Skype, share your screen, and have the person fix it right away. Anyatra Sing is one of the great girls who helps me almost always when I need it. She is also a very nice person.

Personalized products and different variations between platforms make the app a little tricky (my own fault), but this team is AMAZING! They're accommodating, understanding, able to walk/talk through my problems step by step, and very quick to respond whether on chat or zoom. I admit I'm a painful customer, and they truly go above and beyond to help. Thank you!!

What a fantastic support team, such a joy dealing with the team based in India. They were kind, patient and super smart ad very global, clearly making every effort to understand my frustration from my perspective even though it is easy to use once you are shown how. I was almost giving up, I loath apps that need a lot of effort. I dont mind paying subs etc, but it has to work and be slick; I have a job already, and I buy apps to offshore/outsource problems etc. The team in India was so brilliant in helping me onboard, so much so that I subscribed straight away so the exec team can see the impact of having great support in place. Highly recommended because of the support.

Great app for etsy sellers looking to expand into other platforms like shopify. Support is great. I've had several questions as I implement and they always respond to their chat very quickly. Recommend!

Excellent customer service that is readily available to resolve any issues you encounter. Great chat service and makes integration from Shopify to Etsy much faster than doing it manually on Etsy.

This app plays such an important part in keeping my Shopify products synched with my Etsy store! Recently I had to remove some of my products and the friendly Customer Service rep showed me the auto delete setting that needed to be ticked. Every time I’ve contacted Customer Service they’ve been really nice. This app works seamlessly in the background, I definitely recommend it!
