Great app and does exactly what it's supposed to do! Customer service is fast and efficient. I think it's great if you're looking for a way to integrate your Shopify store to Etsy, quickly and efficiently. I changed my review from 4 stars to 5 stars because I contacted customer support about not being able to delete products on my own. Anyatra from customer support got in touch with the developer and had them fix it on my end so that I can now delete products on my own. I saw on a couple reviews where others had similar issues with not being able to delete products, but they made it right and solved it very quickly! Very, very happy with the customer service. It is worth the money!

Excellent app to control your listing on Etsy! Customer service is great, kind, and efficient, those people were very patient with me as it's my first time selling through Etsy and connecting my Shopify store to a platform.

Love this app and works perfectly for my business. Integration is fast and if anything needs an update I can simply do so from shopify and then sync to etsy

This app is amazing! Seamlessly imports my Etsy orders into Shopify as they come in and then automatically fulfills them in Etsy when I fulfill in Shopify. Fast and friendly customer service. It's a HUGE time saver.

Easy to use and the support is very responsive. We get a lot of orders through Esty and into Shopify and this makes it much easier.

Customer service from Ritik was fast and he resolved my issue, went above and beyond to fix the order integration from Etsy to Shopify.

Amazing customer service. Resolved my issue straight away and provided clear instructions, and even hoped on a google call to go over everything. *Update June 2025 - I briefly tried another APP to compare the functionality and it did not deliver. Came straight back to CEDCommerce and the team were very helpful at getting me back up and running.

This apps works very well. It does what it says on the tin! Setting the app initially was a bit tricky for me. However, the live chat tech support helped me to resolve my issues.

The app has worked well from day one, we rarely run into any problems, but when we do the support has always been excellent. This has been a very helpful app for us, and it's pretty easy to use too. Very nice!
