Excellent service. Very prompt and effective at replying to help requests. App is very easy to use. Thank you for a great app and friendly customer service. We have a few CedCommerce apps and are really happy with all of them.

I am very pleased with the customer service, I was having trouble syncing and learning the new program. I decided to reach out. Vatsal not only responded promptly but sent a screen shot video of how he fix the issue and I had a step by step to refer to so I can figure out in the furture. very impressed.

This app is good but the customer service is something else! The help-desk went above and beyond to help me get started and even helped me with a custom, specific need. All this was done out of hours and even over the weekend. Rest assured that if you choose this app, you won't have to worry about getting stuck with any technical aspect. I had a google meet with the company more than once. So helpful. Thanks

I'm new to the app and have had a lot of questions, every one of which has been immediately answered by the customer service chat button. A+ for customer service. A few glitches in getting started but they were fixed very quickly. The app is doing exactly what I need of it.

The app takes some adjusting to get used to, but the chat and team are very helpful. They are friendly, efficient, and respond instantly. I really appreciate the CED Commerce team!

Vatsal helped me to integrate my shopify store to my etsy store , and Im so happy it is working so well. Great customer service, and Vatsal was so helpful and so patient with me. I love this app. It will save me so much time.

A must have app to sync your Shopify and Etsy shops. They also offer top notch customer service! I don't know if I could run both shops without this app to handle the product inventory

We've honestly been on a chat for hours and she's really helpful and never gets tired of my questions. Anyatra really needs a raise and a promotion. She's really great and I'm really happy she was able to assist me. I hope I'll get to talk to her whenever I have questions. Love her! :)
