We had an etsy shop already, but the support chat helped me to get everything fixed and up correctly. Recently we had to take a bunch of items off of etsy and the support team helped me do that and they were so professional and thorough. Edit: I wanted to update since it has been about 3 years since I made this review. We have been using this app for 4 years now and have had lots of success with it. The support chat responds quickly and they are very helpful. The support is kind and they get the job done. Our sales on Etsy are better than ever thanks to this app!

Little difficult to set up if you already have an existing Etsy store, but the support was amazing and they helped me through the process.

This app has been very useful to connect our Etsy store to Shopify. Now we can keep all the inventory in sync and manage everything from one place.

I'm so happy with the functionality of this app AND the customer service. Migrating over to Shopify from Etsy and syncing my two shops has been absolutely seamless. I can do everything I want to and manage both shops from one place. The support I receive from Aman and the whole team has been exceptional. They are both knowledgeable and patient, answering every question thoroughly and providing step-by-step walkthroughs when necessary. Before downloading this app I was hesitant, as I had a very bad experience with another app, but CedCommerce has exceeded my expectations!

Really useful app saving me time syncing my shop with Etsy and their support is great. Their live chat team has helped right away every time I've needed it and solved issues I was having and as I'm getting accustomed to how to use the app.

This app is awesome for listing your items on the Etsy Platform. I find their chat support very helpful, and always online when you are run into any issues or have any questions to ask regarding the app. Highly recommend to anyone.

I'm using this app to synchronize my Shopify to Etsy. I have two major vendors Iמ two different kinds of suppliers. the margin is working perfectly when I'm getting sales from Etsy it is responding correctly. and the most important part is that if I don't know or if I'm not sure there is a support chat 24/7 that is extremely helpful, polite, and willing to help. only for that it's worth the money I paid

The app is fairly easy to use, and any problems we run into are easily resolved through chat help fast and efficiently. Definitely very helpful, in both service and operation.
