Etsy Integration ‑ CedCommerce

I started the trial mode of this App a couple of days ago, but already know I'm definitely going to maintain a subscription w/ this App. This App is so helpful and fairly easy to use. Once I got the hang of it, it's quite easy. This App helps me stay organized and saves me so much time. And the support has been so easy-going. I'm still learning everything, but whenever I have a question or have needed help, the chat support is right there and they reply very quickly.

This app is great once items are published to Etsy. If you add items to your store daily then setup a day to publish all the new items. I do it every 5 days as I reset the message auto responder. Keep in mind that items must be profiled to migrate at all and you only get 20 categories in Etsy but unlimited here. They have great experts to help with information through chat and they are informative and knowledgeable as long as you now the right thing to ask you are good.

This app makes it super easy to integrate items from your shopify to etsy. The customer support is fantastic and walked me through each step of the process. Highly recommend.

Super easy to use, compared to other dysfunctional integration apps, this one is a breeze. Customer support is prompt and not afraid of getting involved with the process to fix issues from their end. Customer support from other apps usually gives you a link to a blog post, not these guys, they help you get it done!

The support for this app is fantastic. The team are always available and always able to help. For this reason alone it is worth the money. The ability to upload our product catalogue to multiple marketplaces via the app saves time and money.

The team at CedCommerce has been great at assisting us with any app issues and custom functionality add ons. The app successfully allows us to manage our Etsy products, orders and customers from Shopify.

They have improved greatly over the years and I am quite satisfied. Initially we encountered quite a few bumps with the app but they seemed to have gotten everything in place and it works great.

As a new user to this app, I was very novice when it came to navigating and linking my etsy account with the app - however the support I have received has been top notch. Phoenix & Aman have both been amazing and are awesome to deal with - KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! Would recommend this app if you plan on selling on Etsy. Only suggestion at this point is it would be nice to have the shipping costs that are set in Shopify to link with the Etsy Integration app. Hopefully we see it in the near future.

We had a slight hiccup with the app in two items being placed on the same order, but only one needing to go through the integration between Etsy and Shopify. The tech team did an excellent job fixing this for us and quickly resolving our issues!

After my first month of using this app, I am very happy overall. In my store, I offer a lot of different products across different categories, and although it was a little confusing at the beginning with having to create profiles for each category, the app is super easy to use and understand and a BIG PLUS is that there is always someone available on the customer chat or WhatsApp. The customer service is excellent and everyone is always very willing to help resolve any issues as fast as possible. I needed a lot of help at the beginning making sure that the product in Etsy showed the correct picture for each variant offered and the customer service team was very responsive to all of my requests for help (which were a lot). Amazing service and app. I hope they can soon integrate their Walmart, Amazon, and Etsy apps into one so we do not have to go through the profiling process for each app.

I just downloaded the app and so far so good. I have no complaints! It makes it very easy to keep up with inventory between Shopify and Etsy.

Thanks for all the one on one help you provide. Very critical for someone who is not tech savvy and not up to date on the technology. From start to finish you worked with me and now I am live on Etsy. This app syncs with Etsy and very user friendly. Everyone is super helpful and I like the fact that someone is always available 24/7. My go to person though is Manaswi - always solve my problems and fix my errors.

The Best option out there! I have tried a couple other services to sync my Inventory and orders between Shopify & Etsy. I have had extremely disappointing and frustrating experiences and even tried to work with customer services to fix problems; to no avail. So I decided to give this a try, and I am so glad I did. I have not had any problems with CED Commerce and only a little hiccup after onboarding with them, that they helped guide me through smoothing out in just a few minutes. I recommend this to every Shopify store owner who wishes to sync their E-commerce with Etsy and I am confident you will have a near seamless integration and will not regret it! (unlike the other option's out there...)

This app has been very beneficial. The app itself can be a little overwhelming and somewhat complicated, but the more I use it, the more I realize the complexities are necessary. The best part about CED is their customer service. We have been using them for over 2 years and their support has been fantastic. In particular Aman, Ritik and Phoenix are life savers!

Amazing app, it saves me so much time and hassle in bringing in and syncing orders from ETSY. The support system is very great, they find solutions with any issues that arise. I would highly recommend it, onboarding is easy as well!

The Esty Marketplace Integration took a little time to set up and figure out, but customer service was super helpful each step of the way with any questions I had. Did the free trial to test whether we wanted to reopen our Etsy store, and from there decided that this app makes it so simple and easy so we set it back up. Have yet to see how some of the intergrations work, but so far very happy and absolutely the best customer service I've experienced.
