Firstly I want to tell everyone that the Customer service at Cedcommerce is the best I ever had. If you have any question or issue, there is a chat option and whatsapp. Tech experts ready to help. Personally I pulled the plug on Shopify because they didn’t a very important feature that Etsy has which made it not feasible to have the same inventory on Shopify and Etsy, which would have been impossible to manage. I’m hoping that Shopify will fix this issue so that I can sell on both platforms.

We downloaded this app to start selling our products on Etsy. Since we are new to Etsy and this app, we ran into a few problems and had a few questions. We reached out to customer service and were helped by Aman. Aman was SO helpful, quick to respond, and helped us with our issues within minutes!!! Best customer service I have ever received on any platform. The integretation went really smooth and super easy!! Love this app!!

LOVE Etsy Marketplace Integration and thoroughly recommend. So easy to keep products and most importantly inventory synced - AND all orders in one place. Works perfectly with my Shopify store ... in fact before I found this app I was thinking of closing my Etsy account as it was becoming too difficult to keep both going. Now it is a dream. I was hesitant at first to use this app after reading some of the negative reviews, but it worked seamlessly for me! I never had a single issue with it, and any time I had a question there was always someone available to answer it in the live chat which I really appreciated as in any business time is money. Honestly, I think some of the issues people had were based on them not knowing how to use the app properly as it can be a bit challenging to understand at first, but again take the time to use the live chat if you have any questions and set it up right and you should have no issue. If you need to cancel, just uninstall the app from your Shopify store. I would def recommend this app!
