Etsy Integration ‑ CedCommerce

Easy to set-up and support team is extremely responsive - whenever there are minor glitches (which don't happen often) they are available and provide solutions. Great app & super easy to use.

Today, I tried a bunch of apps that claim to do this. Customer service is SO fast and SO helpful especially when getting started. It does everything I want and then more. So excited to have this on my belt.

Support went as far as helping to automate our gift messages, just a tremendous solution to a time-consuming task. As with all the other time saving features the platform offers. The functionality is straight forward and hassle-free. You may need to ask support to guide you on initial workflows (to become familiar) but after a few products it is really simple. I could not think of running our Etsy store without this Integration app. Thanks guys for the good work, you are appreciated! This app is so far so good as an integration to join your Shopify store to Etsy with the least lift possible. It imports a lot of data to save you a lot of time to move your products seamlessly. The support by Utkarsh is amazing, and we got a response within minutes at way after-hours Pacific Time. We are excited to use this integration moving forward!

This app is fantastic! Super user friendly and very easy to navigate. I did need some help and Utkarsh responded right away and helped me take care of a little confusion.

Great app i was able to perform desired tasks, vatsal rajan guided me through all tasks he was very professional and helpful.

The app is great, and the support is amazing. But I have 2 problem with the app. PROBLEM 1) my duplicate SKUs get replaced when publishing to Etsy, this causes me A LOT of time to go into each listing to manually change it back. I need the duplicate SKUs because I am using the app TRUNK which relies on duplicate SKUs to keep inventory across many many platforms. PROBLEM 2) Rounded off values to closest 99c only works for values ABOVE x.49. For values between x.99 to x.49, the rounding price feature does not work. If these two problems were fixed, it would be an easy 5 star for me. So basically im just using this app to import my products from Shopify to Etsy. Kudos to the team for great customer service. All my questions were answered in a very timely manner, and 24h support is amazingly reliable.

App is great and easy to use. It would be easier if you could delete products from intergration, but it is still very user friendly, and when I wanted to delete products Shikha Chaturvedi was very helpful with my problems, great customer service. Thanks :)

I had question with integrations and I contacted customer support and they were able to fix it right away. Just getting started with the app integration and from what I can tell it works great. Update: I have contacted customer support multiple times and every time they are very helpful. I wish more companies would have great customer service like CEDCommerce!

So far so good. I started with the free to test and quickly moved to the first tier. I've had to reach out to customer support multiple times and they have been great and SUPER QUICK ! Update: Continue to get great support and super fast!

Although I've not had long to use the app, the service and help to get set up has been superb. I managed to get products live on Etsy from my Shopify store within minutes. Update on my review. Ive been using the app for a few months now and its pretty easy to use. The support is amazing, and super fast. I was chatting to Aman and they were very helpful. Definitely recommend this app

overall the support is great. the app takes a bit of getting used to, but there is great support on the other end.

I was on the chat line for hours, and he literally works me through the steps.
