I've had a very good experience with the whole team at CEDCommerce. It has been a game changer for our business being able to manage all of our Etsy orders in our Shopify dashboard. When there is an issue, the team is always there to help, no matter what time it is. They are fast and friendly. 10/10

I recently integrated CEDCommerce into my Shopify store so I could expand into Etsy - and I should've done this so much earlier. What intimidated me for years has been super simple and I'm getting my inventory optimized and live way faster than I could've ever anticipated. The CedCommerce Etsy Integration App is a great medium in connecting my Etsy shop with Shopify, the app features various functions to make things easy and manageable. Would highly recommend it! Shout out to Dhruv for the white glove service.

I cannot express how much I appreciated all the one-on-one support from them. I had multiple products not syncing and they took the time to get them all synced for me. They were able to understand my concerns/issues and get them resolved quickly. The response time from sending in my issue to getting it resolved was amazing. Highly recommend this integration app.

Customer service with CedCommerce is very good! They were able to talk me through on chat support until I got a live agent. Anyatra was amazing to talk to on chat support and she was able to meet with me on GoogleMeet to walk me through exactly the issues I was facing! I definitely recommmend Anyatra and CedCommerce!

The support team is great, they fix any issue I have. This is great integration to, because it takes a lot of the work out of having etsy as a sales channel!

The CED team has been great helping me with my Etsy and Shopify stores. I have been able to update inventory and listings for both stores easily. When I have needed help they have quickly set up a meeting with me.

With over 3000 products, an app with a strong customer support team was crucial to our success. Thank you for always being so responsive and quick to answer questions. This app is a great solution for anyone who is looking to get started selling on the Etsy platform, without starting from scratch.
