The instant live support has been amazing and once I learned the app's format, it's been easy to add new items enjoyably. I tried another app, almost gave up on integrating with Etsy, so am doubly happy.

1) The app look and feel It is a little confusing for me but I still finish setting quickly. Compared with other app, this is easy to use. 2) Easy Product Management offrered by the app I do not use this function and block it. So I have no idea 3) App Profiling and Import section functionality I do not need that function. 4) Hassle free integration with ETSY Marketplace It goes smoothly. 5) Flexible and helpful support The support outstanding. It is available for 24/7. Highly recommend.

As you have mentioned that app is little bit confusing, we would like to know those particular sections for which you are facing difficulty to understand. Apart from this, Profiling is a necessary step to perform before uploading your products on Etsy.com. It enables you to categorize the products which contain the same property. This allows you to put some set of rules on your categorized products so that you can show all the features of your products and list them in a much better way on Etsy. I am selling on Etsy marketplace through my Shopify Store with the help of this Etsy Marketplace Integration App. I found this app on the Shopify store and I will recommend this app, to all who are selling on Etsy. This app has all the feature that is required for all the people selling on Etsy, like Bulk Upload, costom pricing and inventory of products. Even you can set Limit on the Quantity of the inventory, and talking about the UI of the App it is very userfriendly and easy to Understand. It took me just a few hours to understand the app, and then i saw the support chat option provided on the app. They helped to understand tha app and how to manage everthing in just few click. Their support is very professional and friendly, and will assist you very patitenly and will give the answers of all your questions. I am really luck to have this app in my Store.

This app syncs all my 1500 SKUs to etsy, and brings sales back in to Shopify, and once fulfilled updates etsy with the tracking number. It has been working well. I was initally a bit hesitant as their plans are structured so its much cheaper to sign up for a year, but the app is great and we have had good sales thru Etsy so I've just switched from monthly to annual billing to save 50+%. Support on the app is also good with 24/7 live chat. Thanks Moattar for your help recently.

The app has been working great for several months now. No issues, and when minor problems have occurred, mostly due to minor confusion, the support chat has instantly helped. Highly recommend if you are looking to run a etsy store and dont' want any huge addition to your labor.

I was looking for an easy app that would transfer all my Shopify data to my Etsy store, and this app had very good reviews and feedback. At first the app was kind of overwhelming, but with the use of video tutorials they guide you through every step. Syncing your products is really easy. You have to create profiles which you sync with your products and a shipping template. Once you've done that it's a 1 click press to sync your products to Etsy. I ran into some problems with the integration and shipping templates but I talked to Shubham Kumar at the support and he was very helpful and responded immediately when I ran into issues. Great app and support!

The app is helping me with my business with Etsy. I like everything about it. One little suggestion I would make to the developers is to enable the app to update tracking after order shipped/completed at Etsy. I would recommend.

As you mentioned your concern about orders tracking update, we would like to inform that Etsy doesn't allow this. Once you mark your order as shipped on Etsy without tracking number, you can not update the tracking number and we follow the same. We also communicate with Etsy team regarding the same but didn't get any response from them regarding this. We will again try to communicate with Etsy team. Great app! Saved me soooo much time! and Its intuitive and easy to use! All happens in Real Time 24/7. Customer Service is always available! Shubham was my point of contact and he was so knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had. I had many questions as I didn’t know Etsy as a seller, and he answered all my (silly and not-so-silly) questions. I did have a problem with tags. Mine were too long for the sync to correctly sync, truncating one of the tags… 20 minutes later the Development Team had it corrected. I Never have to edit in Etsy again! I can now Edit all my products in Shopify or directly in the app … and sync all my products! I started with the free trial for 7 days. What would have taken me hours to complete, I can now do in 10 minutes! Copy and Pasting of product descriptions, tags etc., let alone the probability of making mistakes, are now a thing of the past! This was a reason that always put me off opening an Etsy store. Had I known about this app, I could have/ would have opened the store many months ago! Every attribute in Etsy can be set in the app, and you only do it once and the app automatically adds to the attributes to all new products I want to sync to Etsy! Tags or Descriptions for instance… I change them once in my Shopify store, press a button and it’s synced to Etsy in real time. All products you assign are automatically assigned to that attribute in Etsy. Etsy Sections, for instance; “Mugs” or “T Shirts”, Set it once in the app and all Mugs will be listed under “Mugs” and t shirts will be listed under “t shirts” in your Etsy store. Great for a one-man-band like me! The setting up has a small learning curve but once set up and I found out where to find settings, this app makes it easy and really, really time saving. No need for a Virtual Assistant to sync products with Etsy, just a push of a button and any changes in Shopify can be updated or synced with my Etsy store… Title, Tags, Weight, Compare at Price, Vendor, Description, Options, Requires Shipping, Images, Inventory, Price, Barcode, Product type, SKU and fulfillment service can all be updated in Real Time in Etsy!

I am impressed by the excellent functions and super good customer service. They are really helpful in listening to app user concern and provide strong support immediately ( Live chat ). The functions are also super cool if you really need to use Shopify to sync inventory/list data from Shopify to Etsy. They did a good job. Highly recommend!

Perfect App.!! I was really in need for an app that can help me sending my products easily to Etsy Marketplace. The app not only helped me sending my products on Etsy but it also helped in managing my orders as well. The app's too good and I definitely recommend everybody to have this app if you want to list your products on Etsy through your Shopify. One of the best things that I experienced is the "Customer Support" which was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire setup.!! "I find that the harder I work, the more luck I seem to have." Tremendous app, perfectly logical in its layout and very well thought through. Product management could not be easier and integration is seamless with perfect transfer. Importation is quick hassle free. Topping all this off is suburb customer support (my guru was Shubham) which made the whole process a delight and a great learning experience so that I might get the best out of this excellent product. We use the app to import orders from Etsy to Shopify and to manage/sync the inventory. The app has much more functionalities. We will use them step for step. I will try also other apps. But currently this is the only app I am using who really can help in our situation for a comfortable pricing plan. Thank also at the support and service. They do all their best to help us in the implementation time. The reaction time of chat service is very fast.

The setup is easy, and the app works perfectly. I love being able to manage all of my Etsy orders in Shopify, and I've been able to save so much time having my inventory synced across platforms. I had an issue where the Esty gift message did not display in Shopify, but the customer support has been so helpful. I definitely recommend this app if you want to integrate your Shopify and Etsy sales!
