I love this app. It's so easy to synchronize the products to Etsy. The tutorials are handy to figure it all out. And whenever I have a question, the customer service is awesome. Really fast replies and kind people at the helpdesk. Totally recommend to anyone wanting to expand to Etsy. Enjoy!

Only allowed me 50 sku's. There is no monthly option, only annually. Unfortunate because this seems to be the only app that goes from Shopify to Etsy.

poor service. transactions are hit-and-miss with the integration. i do not recommend this app for use with etsy.

We got that you were facing an order issue in-app but we would like to inform that your orders were showing in the failed category because the SKUs for that orders were not available in-app. To create orders in your Shopify store and in-app, SKUs must be available for the same and you didn't have the SKUs for that orders in-app. We have refunded your amount and it's great to see that you are still connected with us. To me, it saves time.... Time is money. There is improvements that it can use. But it's worth the extra. Especially if you have to convert shipping order from Etsy to Shopify.

The app it's just amazing, the customer support Rishabh and Phoenix keep contact, close, with you on Skype, helping and answer at everything. They guide you and fix everything at any hour.

The instant live support has been amazing and once I learned the app's format, it's been easy to add new items enjoyably. I tried another app, almost gave up on integrating with Etsy, so am doubly happy.

The app is a user-friendly and easy to navigate. Product management is more convenient using this app. The app has profiling and import functionality which is great. It also offers hassle free integration with ETSY Marketplace. Lastly, the customer support they have is superb and they attend to your needs as much as they can and are flexible and will not leave you until you have your problems solved.

1) The app look and feel It is a little confusing for me but I still finish setting quickly. Compared with other app, this is easy to use. 2) Easy Product Management offrered by the app I do not use this function and block it. So I have no idea 3) App Profiling and Import section functionality I do not need that function. 4) Hassle free integration with ETSY Marketplace It goes smoothly. 5) Flexible and helpful support The support outstanding. It is available for 24/7. Highly recommend.

As you have mentioned that app is little bit confusing, we would like to know those particular sections for which you are facing difficulty to understand. Apart from this, Profiling is a necessary step to perform before uploading your products on Etsy.com. It enables you to categorize the products which contain the same property. This allows you to put some set of rules on your categorized products so that you can show all the features of your products and list them in a much better way on Etsy. App doesn't sync properly which has led to products being oversold. App developer doesn't respond to these issues and other questions. I'll be looking for a better alternative.

So far. The app is incredible. 1500+ skus added in seconds. No lag or wait time. I love etsy. I am on day one of my 7 day trial. Hope it continues great

I use the app for both ebay and Etsy. The app is very useful and easy to operate, the team is excellent support and available and answers quickly and very professionally. I highly recommend it saves time.

These guys have serious problems with their chronjobs. I have had to manually update syncing several times as I've been testing this app over the last month. It's generally unreliable and I've oversold products multiple times because it doesn't sync properly. Huge headache. Seeking alternatives. I would like my money back.
