I dont quite understand why there are paid tiers on something that is required by the law. In order to even add information like FAQ links etc to the withdrawal form, I have to pay extra money which doesnt make sense. It was pretty hard to integrate as well. Finally was able to figure it out

We completely understand your perspective—legal compliance should be accessible, which is exactly why our free version fully covers all legal requirements for a standard withdrawal form. Regarding your concern about adding FAQ links, there seems to be a slight misunderstanding: adding FAQ links is not a paid feature of our app. In fact, this is entirely unrelated to our pricing plans. You can easily and completely freely add any additional text or links (like your FAQ) directly to the page containing the form by using your Shopify Theme Editor. We are sorry to hear that the initial integration felt difficult, but we are glad you were able to get it up and running!
