pdf designing stopped working, since the ui update. also my old designs can not be changed or viewed anymore -> templates do not get saved when you update your app, you should make old things still availbale

Your review in English: Tickets cannot be downloaded. Support only responds with standard answers. Stephan, I needed some basic information to help diagnose your problem. An order number, an error message (if any), a screenshot, anything really so I can help you. "it doesn't work" does not allow me to help you. You probably forgot to set up a PDF design template for the tickets. Something simple like that. Breaks my heart to see something that could have been so easily resolved end up in a 1 star review. On the other hand, I do take these sorts of things to the drawing board all the time, "Why did they have this problem? Why couldn't the software prevent this issue in the first place?" So thanks for that, I guess. -Jeff
i want this app to help set up ticketed events in my store, and i had some questions, but the custom service was terrible. no help and when it said 10 min wait time, waited hours before i gave up.
Dustin, I'm really sorry I wasn't available to help you today. I had an emergency and had to step out for an hour.
